We offer free shipping on orders above Rs. 2000, while standard shipping charges apply to orders below this amount. Delivery timelines may vary based on location, courier delays, or public holidays. Returns are only accepted if the product is broken or damaged upon delivery, and the issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. To process a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. For exchanges, customers must contact us within two working days of receiving their order. Exchanges are subject to product availability, and all delivery charges for returns or exchanges will be paid by the customer, unless the error is from our side. We do not offer refunds; instead, customers can receive a replacement or store credit.
