Return & Refund Policy

At Evoke Accessories, we are committed to providing high-quality jewelry and exceptional customer service. If you receive a product that is broken or damaged, you are eligible to request a return within 24 hours of receiving your order. Returns are strictly accepted only in the case of broken or faulty items. The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact. To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours via email at evokeaccessories26@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +92332-6599999, and share your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product. Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note, if the return is not due to an error from our side, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer.

Product exchanges are only allowed within two working days of receiving your order, and are subject to stock availability. The item must be in unused condition and returned with original packaging. If you wish to exchange a product for a different item or design, and it is not due to our mistake, all delivery charges will be the responsibility of the customer. In case the new item is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the price difference.

At Evoke Accessories, we do not offer direct refunds. However, customers may receive a replacement or store credit, which can be used on future purchases. If a replacement is not available, store credit equal to the value of the product will be issued. Refunds are only provided if a defective or incorrect item was sent by us, and no replacement is possible.

Please note that items purchased on sale, during promotional offers, customized jewelry, or any products damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or exchange. All requests will be carefully reviewed to ensure they meet our return/exchange criteria. We strongly recommend using a tracked courier service when returning items, as we are not responsible for lost parcels.
